Spacious Heritage Home for Families & Groups

Beautifully clean and comfortable house in a wonderful location Positive: Perfect for families! Everything was beautifully clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also fantastic; a very short walk to Aldi if you need supplies and not far from the City centre. Parking outside the house was very convenient and due to the length of our stay, we did not have to pay for any parking so that was a huge benefit. You can tell a lot of thought and effort has been put into making the property as restful and relaxing as possible for any guests who are lucky enough to stay there. Details such as board games in the living room, cooking and baking supplies in the kitchen, the decor throughout the property, lamps with USB plugs and the configuration of the furniture were all very well thought through. The hosts were incredibly friendly and answered the many questions I had prior to our arrival promptly and pleasantly, which was very much appreciated. Negative: We have informed the hosts of this so hopefully this is something which may soon be rectified but we prepared our evening meals at the property everyday - cooking on that hob did test our patience I must say! It seemed to take a very long time to cook anything on the hob (didn’t seem to get very hot) and the dials are mislabelled so just something to bear in mind. Also, the main cistern takes a long time to fill up too so another test of our patience. Just another something to be mindful of if little ones are staying at the property. There are some very narrow steps as the stairs turn so it can be easy to loose your footing if you are not paying attention.

Most enjoyable stay! A very comfortable property, & ideally situated to walk into the centre. Positive: We found our stay was very enjoyable. Aniko was a friendly, helpful, communicative host who got back to us promptly with any queries we had. The property was very clean and the beds were especially very comfortable! Ideally situated not far from the centre. Would highly recommend! Negative: Some subtle lighting (lamps) in the lounge area would add more ambiance. The coffee machine did not work for us but Aniko promptly advised she would be looking at this for when other guests stay.

Great place, great location Positive: Crockery and cutlery, furniture, layout of house, the bathroom, the location

Positive: Easy to contact the owner, quick and responsive and good for the money.

Convenient and good value Positive: A convenient base for a visit to Worcester. Accommodated 7 of us comfortably. Excellent value for money. Negative: It wasn’t equipped with some of the low-cost items that make for a really pleasing stay. Two full sets of cutlery, drinking glasses, mugs etc would mean that the dishwasher doesn’t have to be run as soon as anything has been used. A good sized teapot and water jug would make all the difference. Also a decent hob and oven - the existing ones are not good for even basic food prep.
