Very good all round experience Positive: Good kitchen facilities, large ensuite bathroom, comfortable bed and pleased to see a bedside light had been installed Negative: A ground floor room would have been better but not a great problem

Very comfortable accommodation and good value for money Positive: The property was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities in the public areas. Nice size room with comfortable bed and large ensuite shower room. Well appointed kitchen with 2 ovens if needed when busy Plenty of parking space as it wasn't busy during my stay. Good reasonably fast wi-fi connection Negative: A very minor criticism but a bedside light would have been useful

Very clean, cosy.. ideal location. Positive: Very modern, exceptionally clean. Brilliant location. Negative: No tv in the bedroom.

Cosy and Homely. Negative: The rooms are a bit too small

Quiet, clean, value for money Positive: The location was perfect for visiting my son at the university. The instructions were clear, the area was quiet and easy to find. The room itself was spotless and bigger than expected. There were fresh clean towels, the bed was super comfortable and there were even complimentry chocolates. I will definatly be back again.
