En-Suite Room 4 by Racecourse

Great value for money, great location and fantastic host! Positive: Great location with free parking. Fantastic accommodating host who responds very quickly. Good sized room and bathroom with everything you need and very clean. Negative: Having a room with a small ironing board and iron in the room would have been a bonus (so you didn’t have to get the iron from downstairs and take it back when done) plus a mirror in the room maybe on the door and not just in the bathroom. For the price and service this certainly was not a deal breaker just nice to have.

Positive: Comfy Beds, Squeaky clean room and bathroom. All furnitures are new. Big kitchen with lots of space! Negative: shower cabin is a bit tight

Very comfortable. Positive: As a self-catering facility, this accommodation is extremely comprehensive in its provision of facilities. Negative: My only criticism is the noise from the self-closing doors, which resulted in loud bangs each time a door was left to close automatically. Clearly, it is not beyond the ken to close a door quietly and, so, it is not strictly the 'fault' of the doors and I would not I hold the owner responsible for inconsiderate guests. However, I raised this with the owner, who appears to be very receptive to feedback, so I am confident an adjustment to the door mechanism will be made.

Positive: Very nice, all newly refurbished Negative: Other people there who were perhaps on a long stay were rather noisy and up till late every night, a lot of fire doors left to bang, no attempt to even try and be quiet, even knowing children were there trying to sleep - otherwise can't fault it!
