Positive: I am a student at the university so excellent location to get to St John's campus, parking was useful. Room was great and then the shared kitchen and living room was equipped well. Good communication and check in and out process. Will be staying again, thanks for your help.

Excellent, newly refurbished property in a convenient location.
Positive: Newly refurbished to a high quality at a very good location for our purposes. Plenty of car parking. I met some of the house cleaning team on our final morning - very friendly and cheerful.
Negative: Honestly, nothing. I would stay here again if the need arose and would definitely recommend.
