Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We try to accommodate early arrivals or late departures if the schedule allows. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

How do I check in?

All our properties offer self-check-in via a secure lockbox. You’ll receive the access code on the day of your arrival via the booking platform.

Do you provide WiFi?

Yes! All our properties come with free high-speed WiFi. Login details are provided in each welcome guide and inside the house.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are pet-friendly. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet so we can prepare for your furry friend.

Is parking available?

Yes. All of our properties offer free on-road parking, and some also include private off-road spaces. Charging points for electric vehicles are available nearby.

Do you provide towels and linen?

Absolutely. We provide hotel-quality linen, towels, and toiletries in every stay. Additional towels can be arranged for longer bookings.

Is there a washing machine?

Some properties have washing machines. If not, we partner with Priory Cleaners who offer same-day laundry service with 20% off for our guests.

Are your homes suitable for families with kids?

Yes! We provide travel cots, high chairs, child gates, and even board games, outside games and books in all family-friendly properties.

How close are your homes to the city centre?

All of our properties are within a 5–15 minute walk or drive to Worcester city centre, Worcester Cathedral, and Foregate train station.

What is there to do nearby?

We’re close to the Worcester Racecourse, New Road Cricket Ground, Malvern Hills, The Commandery, and numerous independent cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Visit our Things to Do page for full recommendations.

Are there supermarkets or shops nearby?

Yes! Each home is within walking distance of local Co-op, Morrisons, or Sainsbury’s, as well as pharmacies and convenience stores.

Can you recommend local places to eat?

Yes – we love supporting local! Our favourites include Beanies Coffee Shop, Mother Hubbard’s Fish & Chips, Bolero Bar & Kitchen, and The Red Lion in Powick.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

Is cleaning included?

We provide a thorough clean before every guest’s arrival. For bookings over a week, we can arrange a mid-stay clean (may extra charge applies).

What should I do if something breaks or doesn’t work?

Please contact us immediately on the booking platform. We have a maintenance team on standby for emergencies.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible and moderate cancellation options. Typically:

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival
50% refund up to 14 days before

Do you require a security deposit?

A security deposit may be held depending on the platform you use to book. It’s usually released automatically after check-out if no damage is reported.
